While all projects are unique, here's what typically happens during your session: 1) STYLE DISCOVERY: We start by we looking through your inspiration photos and talking about your likes, dislikes, must haves, and functionality needs. 2) SPACE PLANNING & 3D DRAWINGS: We measure the room we want to tackle, draw up the space in our design program, and work out the best possible furniture layout. This gives us our initial "shopping list" of items to source. Additionally, we can create simple 3D kitchen/cabinetry drawings.​ 3) SHOPPING: Once we have our layout, furniture sizes, and list of finishes/fixtures determined, we hop online to make selections. For furniture, decor, and lighting, we provide one-click checkout via our designer trade portal. BY THE END of this super-focused session, you'll have everything you need to execute your space: +SOURCE LIST with links for all furniture, decor, fixtures, and finishes for your space +STYLE BOARD to help you visualize how the pieces/finishes will look together in your room. +2D LAYOUT of the space so you know how to set it up when your items arrive +3D DRAWINGS for cabinetry when applicable, if we are focused on a kitchen/built-in unit, etc. + LOCAL CONTACTS (when available) for our go-to vendors to help you execute things like paint, countertops, tile, etc. NOTES: *Price applies to clients within 2-hour radius of Clarkston, Michigan or to virtual sessions. Additional travel fees will be applied to further destinations. Sessions come with one week of email support following the date of your session. *Payment is due on the date of booking to hold your session date in our calendar. You may reschedule your appointment one time with a minimum of 72 hours notice. Deposit is non-refundable.
