E-DESIGN PLANS INCLUDE:
SOURCE LIST with links for all furniture, decor, fixtures, and finishes for your space.

STYLE BOARDS to help you visualize how the pieces/finishes will look together in your room.
​
2D LAYOUT of the space so you know how to set it up when your items arrive, plus additional installation instructions.
​
LOCAL CONTACTS when available for our go-to vendors to help you execute things like paint, installing lights, or hanging art.
$1,197 per room investment
+ Design plans are sent to client via email within 2 weeks of kick-off chat.

+ Clients can request 3 individual revisions to the delivered design plan. A revision is considered swapping one item for new option, or a minor change to the layout.

+ Furniture and decor are selected using our designer exclusive platform, SideDoor, which allows us to source from hundreds of manufacturers and provide clients a custom collection with a one-click checkout.

+ Ask about discounted rates for multiple rooms.

+ For local—west and southeast Mi—furnishings/decor clients only, I now offer implementation of your custom e-design plan
​
+ Project management includes placing orders, receiving items at our warehouse, staging and styling items once everything has arrived, and coordinating a handy-person to be on site for installation
+ Management fees are determined as 20% of your overall furniture/decor budget with a minimum PM fee of $3,500 and do not include delivery or other necessary outside services​
