Choosing the Right Service for YOU: Full Service vs. Day Sessions, and Understanding the Cost Differences

Many of you have noticed that I've made an intentional shift to focusing on DESIGNED IN A DAY SESSIONS as my bread-and-butter service. And guess what - 2023 was the first year EVER that I worked with folks exclusively via DIAD sessions and Virtual sessions!!

It's been a transition many years in the making - I remember having a chat with my dear friend and business coach, Mark Drane, where I asked the question, “What if I worked with clients EXCLUSIVELY via day sessions?” And we knew I was on to something. 

(Side note, I had previously worked with another VERY-EXTREMELY-EXPENSIVE coach who told me she didn't think there was a market for this………….🙄)

However! 

I do believe there is a time and place for full service design, ESPECIALLY when you are focused on a very large (think whole house or multiple rooms) furnishings/decor project, possibly paired with a renovation, and where you're planning to tackle the project all in one go vs. executing it bit-by-bit over time. 

When you look through my portfolio, the majority of the projects featured are clients who've worked with me via VIP FULL SERVICE INTERIOR DESIGN. And now that I've really honed in this day session format, I'm feeling the desire and have the flexibility to work with one, mayyyyybe two clients per year in a full-service format. 

If the price tag isn't an issue (and let me tell you - it generally is for most folks and I TOTALLY get that, which is why I've put my energy behind DIAD the last three years) and if you're a busy person who doesn't have the brain space, know how, energy, time, desire, or just SUPER values delegation, this might be a better fit for you.
